We have three contractors working up bids<br \/>\non our project. The initial bids were surprisingly high, twice what<br \/>\nany of us were expecting.  The construction market is very hot<br \/>\nin Southwest Utah right now, which is part of the reason. In any<br \/>\ncase, we will have to see if we can get the bids down further,<br \/>\nat least within our budget.
